Rita is a senior associate lawyer of PG Legal specialized in insurance litigation and compliance. She successfully represents the insurance clients on the firm in complex D&O, MedMal, PI and Financial Lines disputes, providing skilled advocacy in challenging cases. Rita assists Italian and foreign clients in pending civil and business law disputes before the ordinary legal authorities, drawing on her significant experience in corporate, bankruptcy, business, and contract law, as well as fiscal law.

Rita has a comprehensive approach to compliance, helping clients develop policies that mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence across jurisdictions.
