Lucilla is an Italian licensed attorney (Rome Bar, Year 2000) with + 25 yrs experience in mergers & acquisitions transactions & international business contracts.

Her main areas of practice include Yachting, Aviation, Architecture, Interior and Exterior Design, Luxury & Fashion, Luxury Real Estate.

Over the last 25 years, Lucilla has gained a remarkable experience representing clients operating in Luxury Goods with particular emphasis on the Yachting industry. In this respect, she advises domestic and international clients as well as Italian and foreign shipyards in all kinds of agreements relating to the design, construction (and all related subcontracts), sale,  outfit, refit, charter, brokerage, lease, transfer of ownership (etc) of pleasure and commercial mega-yachts.

With respect to luxury and fashion, she advises leading agencies and individuals with particular reference to the phases of creation, design, distribution, brand advisory, license of IP rights, sale, distribution and advertisement of luxury goods.

She teaches Fashion Law at the Master of Fashion Management, LUISS, Rome.
