Lorenzo is a highly experienced attorney with over twenty years of dedicated practice in litigation. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in complex disputes across various insurance sectors, with a particular focus on professional liability, medical malpractice (MedMal), directors and officers (D&O) liability, and financial lines. Lorenzo has successfully handled numerous high-stakes cases, providing clients with comprehensive legal solutions that protect their interests and mitigate potential liabilities.

He has a wealth of experience in international commercial arbitration and in complex litigation cases.
His experience in litigation and arbitration includes representing investors or purchasers of Italian companies in relation to breaches of representations and warranties of share purchase agreements or shareholders agreements. Lorenzo also specializes in employment litigation as he represents the firm’s corporate clients in their disputes against managers and employees.
