On 17 July, the Institute for Insurance Supervision (IVASS) published consultation document No. 4/2024, which contains proposals for amendments and additions to IVASS Regulation No. 36/2017 (“hereinafter the Regulation”) on the new methods for the transmission of data flows in relation to the IPER motor vehicle survey.
The consultation document, which consists of 3 articles, proposes a draft of instructions for the completion of the survey on the actual prices of third party liability insurance in the moped and motorcycle sector.
In addition, certain elements of the original Annex 10 to the Regulation have been removed, such as the amount of the single maximum limit, which has been replaced by the variable “total maximum limit”, and the amount of the limit for damage to property.
