EXPERTISE
Angela primarily provides legal assistance to the firm’s corporate clients on M&A operations and group reorganizations where she conducts and coordinates due diligence and drafts complex agreements. She has been involved in all of the significant M&A transactions on which PG Legal has advised in the last 20 years and she has acted as a project manager in several pan-European acquisitions. Angela also assists telecommunications and energy corporations doing business in Italy.
